We ensure that all candidates meet the minimum requirements for acceptance into our programs. Each division within our firm has specific academic prerequisites tailored to the respective occupations. These qualifications encompass skills in management, office administration, computer literacy, communication, accounting, financial management, supply chain management, marketing, plumbing, retail management, operations management, and executive leadership. These professionals constitutes the foundation of Ichnite Inc. while it is often said that good help is hard to find, the rapid pace of technological advancement and the proliferation of recruitment platforms demand that every employee performs with the diligence of an imminent recruitment opportunity.

The government also supports this vision by providing financial interventions to the private sector and firms across these industries. Among these, the finance sector is notably impacted by a wide range of economic factors within our economic ecosystem.

Our firm is dedicated to fulfilling its primary mission: providing financial assistance to tertiary students who lack funding for their education. Additionally, we aim to bolster the national economy by offering funding opportunities to small and medium enterprises (SMEs). We support these businesses by delivering tailored funding strategies aligned with realistic expectations. Ichnite is committed to nurturing a portfolio of businesses under its umbrella, fostering growth and encouraging employment within these enterprises. Our funding criteria require that businesses be registered with SARS, employ a minimum of 10 staff members, and offer skill-based services excluding retail or reseller operations. We do not provide services to security or law enforcement companies; instead, we focus on businesses such as building, repair and installation firms, and various skilled trades operating outside government contracts, including sports and mitigating different industries like agriculture, engineering, education, science and technology. These are some of our target companies and skilled professionals.
